An online course to help you decide if now is a good time to buy a home, prepare for the homebuying process and shop for a mortgage that works for you.

This is a paid course. Enrollment and payment are through the Extension Store. 

This course will be taught by Iowa State University Extension program specialists who specialize in family finance. We encourage you to learn what you want to learn, engage in discussions, and design meaningful final course assignments. Our goal is to help you learn more about financial literacy and to have fun in the process!
