The Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale 3 is a nationally recognized scale that evaluates the quality of preschool-age programs. In this 4-part series participants will learn about the ECERS-3 and how to use it for self-assessment. Participants will evaluate their own program and begin to create an action plan to make quality changes in their preschool program environment. Each registered participants MUST attend all 4 online live sessions and complete all out-of-class activities. If you miss an online live session you have dropped the course and must retake the entire series. Center program directors/ supervisors can earn points on the Iowa Quality Rating System (QRS) by attending this series.

The School-Age Environment Rating Scale- update edition (SACERS) is a nationally recognized scale that evaluates the quality of school-age care programs. In this 4-part series participants will learn about the SACERS and how to use it for self-assessment. Participants will evaluate their own program and begin to create an action plan to make quality changes in their school-age program environment. Each registered participants MUST attend all 4 online live sessions and complete all out-of-class activities. The Infant-Toddler Environment Rating Scale - Revised is a nationally recognized scale that evaluates the quality of infant/toddler programs. Participants will evaluate their own program and begin to create an action plan to make quality changes in their infant/toddler program environment. Each registered participants MUST attend all 4 online live sessions and complete all out-of-class activities.
